Abstract
Objective : This study aimed to investigate the item-level psychometric properties of the K-USER-P for people diagnosed with neurological disorders using Rasch analysis.

Methods : The participants were 165 individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders including stroke, Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Rasch analyses were conducted to examine the descriptive statistics, unidimensionality, item difficulty, fit statistics, differential item functioning, precision, and ceiling and floor effects.

Results : The items of the K-USER-P show good item-total correlation (r=0.40-0.81) and high factor loadings (¥ë=0.374-0.876), with the exception of some items in the frequency construct. Regarding the order of difficulty of evaluation items, the most difficult item was ¡®work/education¡¯ (1.10 logits) in the restrictions, and the easiest item was ¡®telephone/computer¡¯ in the restrictions (-1.23 logits). In addition, the majority of test items demonstrated a good fit to the Rasch models. The restrictions and satisfaction construct demonstrated more good precision than the frequency construct.

Conclusion : The items of the restrictions and satisfaction construct in the K-USER-P showed good psychometric properties for participation assessment of individuals with neurological disorders such as stroke, SCI and TBI in South Korea.
